Our full-time Safety Director and dedicated team lead regular training programs, create site-specific safety plans, and perform routine project inspections. We’ve expanded our internal safety committee to strengthen company-wide awareness, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive safety innovation.
Thanks to these efforts, we maintain safety metrics—like EMR and TRIR—that consistently outperform industry averages. We also collaborate closely with IBEW unions, clients, and contractors to protect all personnel, pedestrians, and traffic at our job sites.
